    Directions:
    Instructions: Begin with clean nails shaped square or rounded. Treat with one or two coats of Nail Tek Foundation II as a base coat. Begin at the base of the nail near cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail. Color with your favorite shade of nail polish. Protect and seal with one top coat of the Nan Tek Strengthener of your choice. Use your Nail Tek strengthener daily as a top coat over polish. After one week, remove all polish and begin again.
