    Description

    Air conditioning drain pan is ideal environments for growing bacteria. Bacteria growth in the condensate water in drain pan create a cellulite obstruction in witch continued operation of the AHU will cause the condensate drain pan to overflow causing water damages to the surrounding areas. During operation of the AHU the external air around the AHU is greater than the inside pressure thus outside air will flow into the drain pan through the drain pan outlet keeping outlet open.
